We, Humanity Beyond Borders, along with students, citizens, and people who value fairness from everywhere, have gathered today, here, to remember students and brave people who dared to question the authority and injustice in the 1989 Tiananmen Square Protests, and to make a stand that we see the importance of student and people movements that call for rights and freedom, transparent government, and democracy.
      Today is June, 4th, and marks the 30th year after the Tienanmen Square massacre. On that day, students and citizens were brutally killed. However, the victims, relatives of the victims, and the world have never received any apologies from the Chinese government, and no one has been held responsible for the mentioned incident.
     Even though students and innocent people were killed or were forced disappearances, their spirits of fighting for freedom and democracy were never ruined by the Chinese government or any authority. Their spirits still make a loud voice. This is why dictators everywhere are frightened each time someone mentions the Tiananmen Square Protests.
         When fighting with dictators anywhere, we have to learn the history of the fight of the Tiananmen Square Protests. Students and citizens there were prototypes of strong spirits. Spirits of sacrifice and spirits of never giving up.
          We gather here to commemorate the history of brutal violence of the Chinese government. To show respect for the fighting spirits of the students and citizens. And to shine together the value of freedom and democracy.
          Today, in front of the Chinese Embassy of Thailand. We hereby condemn the use of military, firearms, and any brutal actions of the Chinese government at the time. We are asking the Chinese government to apologize and to show responsibility for what happened. We are asking the Chinese government to praise the heroes who lost their lives in a page of the history of Chinese politics.
         Furthermore, we are asking the Chinese government to respect the people and grant the people their freedom. We are asking the Chinese government to stop any policy and action that violate human rights. We are asking for the release of the Uyghurs and revoke the detention camps for ethnic minorities. We are asking for justice for Joshua Wong, along with other students and people who were arrested from political charges in Hong Kong.
           Lastly, we salute Liu Xiaobo, a poet who stands for peaceful settlements and democracy in China.
          We salute Wang Shuya, a priest who stand for freedom of religion in China.
          We salute Xu Zhangrun, an academic who did not bow for unrighteous power in China.
         And we salute the fighting spirits of the Tiananmen Square Protests, which are the spirits of not losing, of freedom, of democracy, that will ever-glow.
